Daniel L. Moore

Dr. Daniel L. Moore is a Professor of History at California Coast University (2022 to present) and an Adjunct Professor of Government and Political Science at Bellevue University (2021 to present). Dr. Moore also teaches AP European History at Carroll ISD in Texas, where he developed the curriculum for World History, Geography, and US. History. Dr. Moore has taught a variety of topics in his academic career, including history, ethics and philosophy, government, world civilizations, and world religions.

Dr. Moore began his post-secondary education while serving as an infantry NCO in the U.S. Army and includes a bachelor’s degree from American Military University, a master’s degree in European History from American Military University, and a PhD in History from Liberty University. His research focuses on German military history and the European religious warfare, and his area of interest is religious warfare in the Holy Roman Empire and armored warfare theory.

As an author, Dr. Moore’s research covers a broad historical spectrum. His articles include an examination of Winston Churchill proposals during the 1919 Paris Peace Conference and Woodrow Wilson’s segregationist policies during his time as President. His first book, Behemoth: The Combat Legacy of the Tiger Tank, is nearing publication and his second, an examination of Albrecht von Wallenstein during the 30 Years War, is underway.
