Statement of Faith

Scripture: We believe the Bible is the inspired, infallible, and authoritative Word of God, serving as the final rule for faith and life.

God: We believe in one God, eternally existent in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.

Jesus Christ: We believe in the deity of our Lord Jesus Christ, His virgin birth, His sinless life, His atoning death through His shed blood, His bodily resurrection, His ascension to the right hand of the Father, and His future return in power and glory.

Salvation: We believe that salvation is by grace through faith alone in Jesus Christ, not by works and that all who believe in Him are justified and made righteous before God.

Holy Spirit: We believe in the present ministry of the Holy Spirit, who indwells believers, enabling them to live godly lives and empowering them for service.

Church: We believe in the universal Church, the body of Christ, composed of all believers, and the importance of fellowship and worship within the local church.

Baptism and the Lord's Supper: We believe in the ordinances of baptism and the Lord's Supper as instituted by Christ, to be observed by believers as visible signs and seals of God's grace, testifying to our faith in Him and participation in His covenant community.

Eschatology: We believe in the personal, visible return of Jesus Christ, in power and glory, to judge the living and the dead and to establish His eternal kingdom.

Creeds and Confessions: We affirm the historic Christian faith as articulated in the Apostles' Creed, the Nicene Creed. We appreciate the critical confessions of the 16-17th century Reformation, including the Augsburg Confession, the 39 Articles of Religion, the Belgic Confession, the Westminster Confession of Faith, and the 1689 London Baptist Confession of Faith.
